OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to de-stress by releasing tension in their bodies.
Protip: Before students take a test or work independently, have them check in with their bodies to relieve any tension. We can reduce some stress by relaxing the body: unclenching the jaw; loosening our shoulders; breaking through nervous, shallow breathing with some deeper breaths.
