  • Ensure that each student has the tools necessary (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) to record their responses.
  • Download all of the abbreviated tools in the Mindfulness module, as you will be practicing the abbreviated version of your students’ favorite Mindfulness tool.
  • Be ready to share a stressful moment from the past month, your favorite tool from this module, and your least favorite tool from this module.

WHAT STUDENTS NEED: Something to record your responses with (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) 

OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to identify common stressors from the past month and the Mindfulness tools that worked for them.
