  • Ensure that each student has the tools necessary (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) to record their responses.
  • Download all of the abbreviated tools in the Positive Self-Talk module, as you will be practicing the abbreviated version of your students’ favorite Positive Self-Talk tool.
  • Be ready to share a moment of negative self-talk from the past month, your favorite tool from this module, and your least favorite tool from this module.

WHAT STUDENTS NEED: Something to record your responses with (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) 

OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to identify their negative thought patterns from the past month and the Positive Self-Talk tools that worked for them.
