Intro to Positive Psychology + Character Strengths
TIME: 9 minutes
TEACHER PREP:
- Ensure that each student has a writing utensil.
- Print and distribute this Character Strengths worksheet to each student (or you can electronically share the Character Strengths google doc).
- Using a Smartboard or a printed worksheet, be ready to model the process by marking your character strengths and completing other relevant steps in this tool.
- For the Positive Psychology module, consider having students keep a folder or section of their binder dedicated to Upstream since many tools are writing-based.
