Mindful Awareness

TIME: 7 minutes

TEACHER PREP: Ensure that each student has the tools necessary (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) to record their responses. If possible, please provide a post-it note to each student, as it is ideal for this activity.

WHAT STUDENTS NEED: A post-it note or something else to record your responses with (like a writing utensil and paper, laptop, or tablet) 

OBJECTIVE: Students will plan a touch point in order to boost their mindful awareness.
